Rosie is showing more and more of her little personality, and it’s mostly adorable…with a giant dose of ornery/mischievous.
Example A: I couldn’t get her to quit
playing in eating the swampy sand from the sand box, so I put a potted plant on top. So she ate the potted plant.
Example B: She figured out how to turn the tv on, and this was the look she have me when I came into the room:
If that look doesn’t give you nightmares, you’re not her mother.
A few days ago, I turned my back on the kids for two seconds and turned back around to find them playing in the “sand box bath”.
Shenanigans. They’ve got them.
They enjoyed going make up shopping with mommy (that’s a mirror).
The other day, I found the ring sling in the car. I put it through the laundry, and Justin brought it to me to see where it should go. Rosie ran to him, grabbed it, handed it to me, and very obviously tried to put it on me. As soon as I put it on, she got a huge grin. She hasn’t been in that thing for 4 or 5 months, probably! But she sure rode around in it for a while.
Mitchell “making dinner”: planting corn seeds, which will become corn, that we’ll eat with chicken nuggets and carrots!
Have I mentioned this girl loves bean bag chairs?
This just probably the most accurate shirt I’ve ever made good girl. (You wouldn’t like me when I’m hangry.)
“Mommy, can I rock my Rosie to sleep?”
And, awkward bath time pictures!
Mommy the kids want baby chicks!
Phew. Enough pictures?
One picture I forgot: a picture of our new (to us) car! It’s a minivan. I’m totally fine with that. Kinda. But it’s so pretty! And the kids love it.
