We’ve been home long enough to get the suitcases unloaded and caught up on shirts and homework, so now it’s time to share all the adorable pictures!
First, Easter. Taking Easter pictures on the church steps are a tradition and I love looking back and watching everyone grow up from year to year.
Mitchell “fell down” mid-photo session.
I have a picture of Kaylee in this exact position at just about the same age. I love that Rosie did the exact same thing!
And then everyone had to.
Bad news, Grandpa Bill was sick most of our trip. Good news, that meant someone had to feed the pigs, chickens, and ducks. Mitchell LOVED it. He even caught a chicken! I was always the official chicken catcher in our family, so this definitely made me proud.
Playing with Colton. The “choo choo” from Grandpa was a big hit with everyone!
Reading with Grandpa.
This darn “dragon” kept eating everyone’s food, including mommy’s leaf necklace. It was a messy eater! (Sorry, Aunt Brooke.)
Random butt crack.
Rosie got to see her future husband, August! He was very enthusiastic about her, and she was very enthusiastic about his toys 🙂 But seriously, how cute are they together?!
Out to eat on our last night.
Probably my very favorite picture of the trip.
The morning we were trying to leave, Mitchell escaped to go water Daisy. Rosie followed, of course.
Driving home, cuddling with a dragon.
Whipped cream for dinner, because that’s what you get in this family for being awesome in the car.
I can’t believe how much we miss everyone already. Mitchell was very upset when I told him we couldn’t go eat in White City the morning after we got home. He keeps talking about going to see everyone. We definitely can’t wait another 6 months to come home.
